I’m proud to call Livingston County home. Having deep roots in the Pinckney area and family ties connected to the Swarthout name, this community has always been an important part of my life. It’s a place I know well, care deeply about, and am excited to continue serving through real estate.

As I begin this new chapter, I bring more than 12 years of property management experience and 10 years of manufactured home sales experience. Throughout my career, I’ve helped people navigate important housing decisions, solve problems, and find places they are proud to call home. Those experiences taught me the value of listening, communicating clearly, and always putting people first.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have been married to my husband for 22 years, and together we have raised a wonderful young man and young woman who continue to make us proud. Our family also includes two dogs who keep life interesting and remind us daily that home is where the heart is.

I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions a person can make. My goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible by providing honest guidance, prompt communication, and dependable service every step of the way.

In addition to real estate, I am an NNA-certified notary and hold an Associate Degree in Management. These qualifications have strengthened my attention to detail, organization, and commitment to professionalism. More importantly, they reflect the standards I hold myself to when working with clients.
